Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the
information provided. Final pricing may
change if the volume or type of waste
differs upon collection.
Payments
Payment is due on completion of the
service unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
We may accept:
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
- Card payments
Waste Removal
Customers must ensure that waste
presented for removal:
- legally belongs to them,
- is safe to collect,
- does not contain prohibited or hazardous materials unless agreed beforehand
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe
items.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice
for cancellations.
Late cancellations may incur a charge
where significant travel or labour costs
have already been committed.
Liability
While we take reasonable care during
collections, The Junk Bee is not
responsible for:
- pre-existing damage,
- hidden structural weaknesses,
- or unavoidable damage caused during difficult removals
Website Use
All website content, logos, and branding remain the property of The Junk Bee and may not be copied without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
